Joyride

The Spira are an advanced alien civilization who surreptitiously study the human species. Their superior technology allows them to integrate with the consciousness of a human subject, experiencing life through the all the senses of their unsuspecting host. Spira law strictly forbids interference in human affairs, allowing the use of consciousness integration only for observation. But when a powerful Spira elder named Veshano begins using this technique for his own personal ends, he threatens to upend human civilization and remake it in his own image. Luna, a young Spira detective has been tasked with bringing Veshano to justice, but will she be able to find him before the Earth is plunged into a galactic war?
